Caused traffic to slow down to see WTF is that.

I was in that traffic, too. I caught one word on the sign, "Philipino".

She must have been Caucasian,  it was spelled wrong.

That's what I fill in for my race on forms ( Caucasion) so I get in line first or have my docs processed in a reasonable time.

They were just trying to pass since a slow car was doing 60 in the fast lane. 
Nah just kidding.

The traffic was moving along at close to 60 mph in the zip lane this morning but apparently that's still not fast enough for some people.
The suv driver signals right and goes left. .

Signaling one way and going the opposite direction is a tactic I learned in Oklahoma.  If you try to change lanes, some Okie redneck will try to cut you off on purpose.  Signal misdirection makes the rednecks go one way while you go the other.

Adapt.  Improvise.  Overcome.
