San Bernadino "School Shooting"...
« on: April 10, 2017, 10:43:01 AM »
I'm putting this in "Political" because we all know that all the "gun violence" that happens on, near, in the vicinity of anything resembling a school get politicized into anti-rights agitprop. In this case a likely/possible adult domestic situation murder/suicide.

"According to officials, the shooter entered the school and checked in with the front office before heading to the classroom. He did not reveal he had a gun until he came into the room."

What?! He didn't see the "Gun Free Zone" signs plastered all over the doors?! Or he saw them and didn't obey the law? All the more reason to pass more "commonsense gun safety regulations", because we all know California doesn't have enough of those yet.

San Bernardino elementary school shooting: 2 adults dead, 2 students critically injured in suspected murder-suicide

Two adults, one male and one female, were shot and killed at a California elementary school Monday in what police believe to be a murder-suicide and two students were rushed to a hospital with critical injuries.

San Bernardino Police Captain Ron Maass said the male suspect arrived to visit the female instructor in her classroom at North Park Elementary school in San Bernardino when he opened fire and killed the  teacher and wounded two students before turning the gun on himself.

Officals are not releasing names or ages at this time. ETA:  Police do not believe the two children were targeted; they happened to be near the female adult.

Authorities are still trying to determine a relationship between the victim and killer. [Well, I could make a wild guess... but who knows, maybe she was his mother or sister or teacher, but...]

Right on schedule.  A study should be done on this to see the timing.  The liberals will be dancing on the dead by tonight, never let a crisis go to waste.

I just read that fascist Bloomberg tossed in a ton of money to fight national reciprocity.

Would not shock me to find that his greasy fingers pull a lot of strings involved with these convenient shooting.

And the #Gunsense propagandists come out of the woodwork ....

Shooter has criminal background, including weapon charges.

The children who were shot were apparently standing behind their teacher when she was shot.

Sorry to hear one of the children succumbed. Hope the other recovers fully.

Notice to California Legislature: Prepare to turn one of those "gut and amend" bills into a revolver ban. Like I need to mention it to them... they've probably already got it written.

ETA: "Police Chief Jarrod Burguan said Cedric Anderson had a criminal history, including arrests for domestic violence, weapons and drug charges."

So... not sure about convictions and whether he was a "prohibited person" illegally possessing a firearm and ammunition.

Gives the krazy Kali leftists more ammo to sink 2A rights.   I copied an excerpt from my Kali cousin's  e-mail to me.   I'm sure he won't mind me posting it.  He is from HI but had to relocate in the early 80's and is stuck behind the iron curtain.  Feel sorry for him and wish he moves to AZ.

So how you doing?  I hope Hawaii’s politicians are keeping their sanity unlike
the California politicians.  The State is losing people (working people, that
is) although more illegals are coming into the state, hence the increase in
crime and car accidents where the offending driver (usually an illegal) departs
the scene without rendering aid.  They drive like they do in Mexico.  Horrific
videos of drivers just mowing down pedestrians crossing the streets in marked
crosswalks and not stopping to help their victim.  There is an uptick in crime
in California and now the state legislature is about to pass a bill declaring
California a sanctuary State!  How bad is that?

Quite a few of our neighbors are leaving the state.  Others are buying homes in
Nevada, Arizona and Texas preparing to move if things get worse here.  The jobs
that are available are low paying service or sales jobs, good engineering and
production jobs have gone with the companies moving to Texas.  Home are becoming
very expensive.  Two homes in our neighborhood are for sale, one at $1.1 million
and the other at $1.3 million asking.  Who could afford those prices?

There is a shortage of housing here, so the price of available homes is hitting
the roof!  Apartments rent for $2100 for a 2 bed/1 bath.  A 3 bed/2bath home
rents for over $3200/mo.  Not as bad as the San Francisco area but too high for
average working folks.  The environmental lobby here influence the politicians
so very very few new developments are being approved.  Sort of like Hawaii.

I left Kali 9 years ago and I have not looked back. I was born and raised in SoKal. Lived in OC for a little while. Kept moving south to avoid the crime waves coming down from the north (LA) until we saw the crime wave coming up from the south (SD). My job was moving to another state/country so the wife and I decided we would try our hands at being semi retired. That worked on the Big Island until my job started looking shaky. And a company here on Oahu offered to keep me gainfully employed for as long as I wanted. So we moved here until we finally decide to retire back on the Big Island.

The thing about Kali for me is the people changed. In other words the good people I remember growing up with moved out of state for their jobs that moved. And in came people that were really not very nice. Of course crime increased significantly. Good neighborhoods have become the targets of car and home break ins and later home invasions. Better neighborhoods sort of get surrounded by the bad and no longer good neighborhoods. And gated communities are often eventually surrounded by not so good neighborhoods. Yet home prices keep rising as do salaries for tech jobs and cost of living. If you are not in tech, entertainment (Hollywood) or work for a company such as a utility that can't move your salary is losing its purchasing power and the upper class is getting richer. Many good friends and family are telling me that the illegals are literally taking over the big and inner cities. And with them come crime.
SCIENCE THAT CAN’T BE QUESTIONED IS PROPAGANDA!!!

Slightly off topic but the Bundy thread made me think about Dennis Michael Lynch's documentary "They Come To America".  The illegal immigration issue may have something to do with the middle class shrinking and with influx of criminals also.

I think, therefore I am armed.

Accused San Bernardino Shooter’s Facebook Fawning Disguised Homicidal Rage
by JAMES RAINEY

At the start, the photographs, the Facebook postings, the video — it all looked so, so right. Godly even. At least that's the way Cedric Anderson depicted it.

Anderson wrote as if he and his vibrant, striking bride — school teacher Karen Smith — had been destined for each other. The evidence appeared in his frequent Facebook postings: a gentle wedding kiss, the video of the newly married couple cooing at the camera over a sumptuous dinner, then more baby talk and snuggling during their honeymoon in Sedona, Arizona. He called himself "blessed."

Yahh! Freedom and justice shall always prevail over tyranny, Babysitter Girl!
