I'm comming in late on this one.
but
the three rules are
1.Never aim at something you don't want to destroy.
2. Keep your finger off the trigger till you want to shoot.
3. All guns are always loaded until verified to be empty.

There a few other hunting safety rules, but these first three will assure
you won't hurt somebody accidentally.

Looks like he has been teaching NRA Courses. We may be able to get some restitution if we contact him and threaten to report him to the NRA.

Been following threads on this guy here for years. I feel bad for the victims, but the stories are great. He is like a character from a Coen brothers movie.

He was trying. I remember that day, small bore silhouette match going on. I was looking at MagTech 38 Special for my father in law. I opened the box and...it’s clearly reloads, with lead bullets being the #1 tipoff.  .

He quickly took it back and pretended to be confused about how reloads wound up in a MagTech box.

I know this fucker REALLY WELL. He is a sick mother but for some reason gets away with shit all the time. Dunno what the solution is but he needs to be stopped…..
