Anyone notice the similarity between the problems PHC is experiencing with an ever increasing population of feral cats and the crap they leave behind and how the officials will tell you not to feed them because  food is one of the elements they need to thrive but when it comes to the homeless they say nothing?

My dog got one last week. It was a very clean kill with a quick neck snap. Unfortunately it was the nice cat that the neighbors left behind when they moved away. We'd give it food an invite it to stay under the house where it could kill rats. It started getting kind of cocky with the dog, sitting on the other side of the fence and licking it's paws, and we were like "damn, cat you better be careful" because doggy has a lot of experience. Well the dog got out and that was that.
