I picked up a bunch of ammo.  Thanks go out to the gun shops that attend the show and price their ammo cheaper than they sell in-store.  That makes the show worth attending (for me), and if they didn't, I honestly probably wouldn't be dropping the $6 to attend.

Gun prices are largely overpriced at least in my opinion.  Gun valuation of course is based on what sellers think their guns are worth and if buyers agree, so that is just my opinion.

I'd like to echo this sentiment 100%.  I saved $$$ buying ammo I was (probably, eventually) going to buy anyway from the same stores I normally buy from.  357s from J Hara, 22s from YG, and some 22s, 38s, and 45 colt from SEC. 

I was looking for a gun or two but didn't spot anything juicy enough to bite on except for maybe the RIA 1911s at Armscor and I didnt jump on that either.  I also wanted one of those Koko head frames but fabtek man was always busy talking to somebody everytime I went by so I gave up.  Went home with a fat wallet for another day.

I just bought some boxes of .357 and .45acp ammo from YG's.  great prices

I also was looking at the P80 Glock kits.  looks very interesting.....

Didn't see the table with the jerky.  I wanted to try those.  The cookies sounded good as well.  Maybe I just had my eye out for ammo. 

I scored more .22 ammo than I was figuring on. There were some good deals out there if you made offers.

That's what I heard.  That and Saturday morning and cash is usually a good time for deal.  I had the cash part, but wasn't able to go Sat morning and missed out one some really good deals on .223.

Cash is king when making offers. I found Saturday mornings are awesome for one time or limited quantity deals. But the stuff left at the end of the day on Sunday is probably better if you want to take the chance it will still be there by then. S C O R E

Yup.  The Sat morning deals is one of the great benefits of having a table or volunteering to help set up.  I also thought about the "just get rid of it deals" that might be available Sunday afternoon. 

For me, a big part of going to the shows is just to see familiar faces.  That and I used to bring my dad to the show.  Didn't bring him this year, but will try for future shows.  He almost always walks out of the show with a new knife or two. 

The lady who makes jewelry near the HRA and NRA tables makes really nice stuff too for those of you who have your better half with you.  It keeps them happy and looking forward to coming next time.  Super nice and unique ear rings.  Prices are affordable that two earings for the wife and still had cash for ammo. Win win!

I was going to ask, who the hell brings bananas to a gun show and then i realized i gave away 20 dozen quail eggs, YES 20 dozen (240), Confused the hell out of some of you guys as well,
