Remember, it's not what he says but what he does that counts, except if he shoots someone in Times Square... that's okay.
https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/i-will-give-you-everything-here-are-282-of-donald-trumps-campaign-promises/2016/11/24/01160678-b0f9-11e6-8616-52b15787add0_story.html

Or if he lets someone without a secret clearance handle very secret documents. He seems to have actually done wrong or failed to do things about as often as he does good things. So it is almost a wash, at best he seems to break even.

Of course words do matter coming from the president, not just actions. When the world sees Trump suggest (or even joke) that not clapping for him was treason the world listens and people worry.

Republicans had a cow when Obama made a bow gesture to some Arab leaders, heck they made it a big news story when Obama wore a tan suit to work! But now republicans line up and say it doesn't matter what Trump says, only what he does? Inconsistent at best, hypocritical at worst. Us conservatives look like whiney bitches when we complain about someone's suit color but give a pass to all Trump's beyond stupid remarks.

According to Trump,
He would full on "Leeeeerrrroooooyyyyyyy Jeeeennnnnkkkkiiinnnsss!"
During a school shooting.
Even without a weapon.
Now that would be some serious Leeroy Jenkins sh!+

Who believes this?

I can hear it now.

Hmmm, that is a tough call. In 1991 in NY, Trump did confront a guy with a baseball bat beating the shit out of someone and chased him away without having a weapon himself. So is he capable of doing what he said he would do? Quite possibly. Would he have run into the building with an active shooter without a weapon? No one knows but Trump because He was not given the opportunity. Talk is tough. So you can believe him or not. But the propensity for him to act is there. The question is, if given the opportunity, would he really act? There is no way to tell.

The media will say that the guy who he saved was a Russian, who stole something from a democrat.

According to the story, he had his driver pull over his limo and stepped out and yelled at the guy.
The guy immediately dropped the bat and talked to him.
I guess that counts as confronted.
Far cry from running into live fire unarmed.
Too bad he had bone spurs or we might actually know.

I agree though, we'll never really know.

I'm sure the President was joking just like when he told Wikileaks to find the missing 30k Democrat emails.

This could work. Kim visits Hawaii and is so enamored that he visits annually and is less likely to send a nuke to his beloved vacation home.

I think they should meet on neutral grounds (another country to host).

Funny how KJU is willing to work with Trump, but the dems are not.

I know Trump is trying to stick to his word and provide for the military what they need to protect us. I just don't care for the fact that we had to spend 1.3 trillion dollars to get 80 billion. It is obvious to to me he felt pressured and caved on this one. I would have liked to see him fight a bit over this one. Even if it meant a partial shutdown of the government. I know we have to give and take some, its just that I feel we got it rammed up our asses for a few measly dollars. In other words, the Dems got every bit of the pie they wanted and we got one slice.

Election year and he's pandering to voters.  Very disappointing, yet we can't afford to lose seats.  The swamp is not being drained fast enough.  and my confidence is being shaken with these attacks on 2A from all sides.

The only thing getting drained is the people loyal to trump. I've lost count of the number of resignations and firings. The fact that Republicans control both houses and yet Trump got next to nothing in terms of budget priorities speaks volumes. People are distancing themselves from him because he's a train wreck.

Ive read that spread throughout the budget, the inspector general and office of ig is getting lots of money. A few mil here, 100 mil there, etc...In hopes to fund the "draining of the swamp" investigations. Not verified.

Considering how urgently Trump wants to build the wall, it’s a surprise he didn’t float the military option earlier. As commander in chief, he has ultimate power over the military. Each branch of the armed forces has a construction division. The Army Corps of Engineers alone employs 37,000 people who specialize in building critical infrastructure.

https://m.theepochtimes.com/did-trump-just-hint-at-building-the-border-wall-using-the-military_2474846.html

Don’t really see that is happening quite like that. The Army Corp and Army does have a  “construction division”, but more like designers and those who execute construction contracts. Yeah, they do have groups that do actually construction, but their capabilities are super limited. The Navy has the SeaBees. While many of those units are capable of doing simple construction projects, most of them really not capable of massive construction projects. At least on the scale required to build miles and miles of border wall.

Trump didn't drain the swamp fast enough, he didn't build the wall (or anything else for that matter) fast enough, he signed a budget bill that's filling the swamp faster.

He didn't sign a "budget bill."  It was an Omnibus Spending bill that covers the last six months of this Fiscal Year.

An omnibus bill is a single document that is accepted in a single vote by a legislature but packages together
several measures into one or combines diverse subjects. Because of their large size and scope, omnibus bills limit
opportunities for debate and scrutiny.

The United States government hasn't had a "Budget" since Obama took office.

They merely raised our credit card limit to allow more spending.
