Now Murph's fellow senator Blumenthal chimes in with info we didn't know previously. Cruz used an automatic weapon. Blumie said so (and he served in Vietnam so he should know... oh, wait, no, he changed his mind about his service...). I guess maybe the writers of HB1908 were prescient and knew that "burstfire" weapons truly are a danger to public safety.
