The Elephant in the Room
« on: February 26, 2018, 05:55:34 PM »
Actually there are couple of them, space is getting tight.

The one I'd like to address here is the complete failure of all government agencies in the Florida shooting and many others.

How in the F*ck after 38 or 39 calls to local authorities, and at least 3 calls to the FBI, was this kid not even interviewed?

These are the agencies that the left proposes we entrust our self defense to. From everything I've read, and I'm seeing on the news, this is being glossed over entirely.

This isn't even the first time. Many of the shooters have even been interviewed, then went on to commit a mass shooting.

Everyone is squealing about gun control, but nobody is talking about this? Their only answer to this incompetence is "Policy wasn't followed". Ooops! Sorry folks!

No wonder why the Florida recounts always had the biggest controversies in Broward County.

FL is a strange mix politically.  I know folks in Orlando, which is quite a bit north of Broward, that are UBER liberal. I used to think FL was more like GA and AL in terms of political views and views on guns. But FL has seemingly gotten quite like CA. Lots of transplants and retirees. We even have a subsection on the forum that I am admin on called “Floriduh” because of all the stories of stuff that come out of FL.

But yeah, control of the narrative is key in many cases, especially with a populace that wants their “truth” from social media and can’t be bothered by trying to find unbiased reports and decide for themselves. That’s what bothers me about much of the “discussion” on 2A. It’s not a discussion. It’s anti-2a spearing whatever they can to stir up emotion, not matter if it’s true. Whereas pro 2a folks are always challenged and met with skepticism.

Well, if these events were useful for drumming up emotion enough to strip our rights, would these statists shrink from expending a few lives, even children?

Advancing the leftist agenda is crucial to them.  A curious statistic collection, for those such as myself that suspect many of these shootings are carefully planned and controlled by agents of the deep state and private contractors acting on behalf of politicians:

Don't forget the Sheriff who was on site didn't enter the building either.  And SOP for active shooter in school is to go full Leroy Jenkins.

A cynic might say they were waiting for maximum effect from the shooter.

Have they bothered explaining how the alleged shooter managed to stroll away to get a bite to eat?

Take a look at Hawaii, Every time a killer is caught they have hundreds of prior arrests, and 78 prior convictions..

It's not only a Florida issue

Also, both were preventable, and both people in charge refused to accept any responsibility for the deaths of people who depended on the agency to engage the threat during the attack.  Now it seems the Sheriff is also lying about who is to blame for his department's failures.

Fail
deny guilt
lie about the facts

I remember when people were jumping for joy after the Boston bombing because the cops locked down the whole city and suspended the constitution so they could pointlessly kick in doors and parade families out onto the lawn at gunpoint. Didn't even work. Some lady saw the suspect and called it in. Largest police/FBI failure in history and everyone is celebrating the "heores". Same with 911 response. People who missed signals and crossed wires got medals and promotions. Apparently it's an American institution to reward incompetence with more power and responsibility

Reminds me of the classic "Project phases:

That seems to be a bit strange, that none of the students had a hint, and that he looked like the rest who are several years younger.
