Civil Beat legislative discussion at the capitol on wednesday march 21st.  This should be a good thing to attend if you got the day off.  I'm sure they'll discuss the gun bills.

Haha. Sponsored by Common Cause who describe themselves as "nonpartisan" but the top three blurbs on their website are about investigating porn actress Stormy Daniels payment by associates of Trump, investigate Trump, and investigate Sessions, and whose prominent board member, former Obama official Robert Reich campaigned for Bernie Sanders. Look at the twitter feed of the head of Common Cause, Karen Hobert Flynn: "It’s not surprising that the most unethical president in American history would support partisan gerrymandering that erodes everyday people’s choice, voice, and vote." Here's an article she wrote: "A Threat to Democracy: Donald Trump's Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch would be a gift to wealthy campaign donors." Along with other endless leftist anti-Trump propaganda. Yeah, we should get some "nonpartisan" views expressed in any event they have control of.

And here's a quote from Chad Blair's "news" article re NRA donations to politicians: "Hawaii has among the strongest gun-control laws in the nation, a major reason why our deaths by guns are among the lowest. The Violence Policy Center contends...". I guess he "forgot" to seek any other sources about the causality factor... perhaps like John Lott. Lame. Totally lame. Another propagandist pretending to be a "journalist".

I did some searches for gun and firearms on the website snd the results are antigun.  Ill submit a gun rights article and see if they post it.

Would still be good if someone is able to attend the event to represent and counter any antigun arguments

I submitted three questions on the form linked to in the url you posted, but will have no way of knowing if they asked/answered the question at the meeting. Because the questions puts the lie to their propaganda I doubt any of them will get asked, and even if they were they'd get the usual politician doubletalk answer.
