They wouldn't be that expensive if they weren't outlawed.  If it were legal, I'd probably have at least two - one for upstairs and one for downstairs.  Maybe three, what if I'm in the garage?

As long as you have more smoke detectors and fire extinguishers than MP5s then your priorities aren't misplaced.

You spying on me or something?  I just swapped out all the old detectors in my house a couple weeks ago - very cheap to put your mind at ease!  I do need to test my extinguishers though, and I JUST was at costco pricing out new ones last weekend, thanks  :shaka:.
