Why?

1) No "assault rifle"
2) MA has very strict gun laws (need 10lbs trigger on handguns)
3) And the shooter is a Musl............unknown so far
4) Cop on site stopped shooter with in a few minutes (good guy with gun on the spot stops bad guy)
