"The rifle is a weapon. Let there be no mistake about that. It is a tool of power, and thus dependent completely upon the moral stature of its user. It is equally useful in securing meat for the table, destroying group enemies on the battlefield, and resisting tyranny. In fact, it is the only means of resisting tyranny, since a citizenry armed with rifles simply cannot be tyrannized."

Look at rookworx pictures in the vendor section.
I do not know this vendor, but if I wanted to customize a glock that's where I would go.

If I was looking to get my frame stippled, I'd likely hit up Rookworx as well.  I haven't had them do any work on my guns, but based on what I've seen, I'd give them a try.

For slide milling, I was pretty close to sending a gun off to ATEi.  They have a very good reputation.  I ended up going with a ZEV slide with the features that I wanted, so no personal experience with them.

If you want to do your own stippling you can go to Walmart or some crafts shop and buy those wood burner pen kits, then melt your own texture

Rook has more pics on their IG.  They also do that graphite stuff (sand paper type).

I might look into the graphite once my talon grips wear.

If you do your own, practice on a pmag 1st.  There are also lots of IG guys who post messed up stippling jobs that they have to fix.  I always get a good laugh.
