You really think the link you provided supports your statement?

I provided something to support my observation. You provided squat. That is your fault, not mine so don't get butt hurt over it. What do you expect me to do, search for hours on end until I find the source that validates your claim? How dare I ever question your information oh great one.

If the link I provided was wrong or not comprehensive enough then feel free to show why, but there is no need to be a dick about it.

Perhaps you didn’t realize I was not talking to you directly. You engaged me first and YOU provided a link that was worthless and did not support your claim. That is your stupidity, not mine. And yes, I expect if you are going to purposely engage someone, anyone, I expect that you know what you are taking about. And by the way, I didn’t just read the first link that popped up. Which was the same link you provided. I read what that page said. Obviously you didn’t when it said in large type “Key Votes” at the top of the page. I searched down the same Google search page for another 5 minutes or so and found the facts that I was looking for. Which BTW I did prior to posting my opinion which stated that Tupola voted in lock step with the Democrats.

If you had just posted you did not think Tupola was a RINO and not quoted me, I would have not said a word to you. Even tho you are wrong, you are entitled to your opinion. While I don’t agree with your opinion, I would have not engaged you. I might have provided links to for everyone to see so they too can see her voting record. But I would not have engaged you. You started this. You were not prepared and you did little to back up your claim. If you are going to purposely engage someone and provide a different opinion, the least you can do is not be lazy and provide some real proof. You started this, not me. I told you before I am not going to do your resarch and due diligence for you any more. I’m tired of dealing with a lazy person. If an extra 5 minutes of research is too much for you, I suggest you keep your mouth shut and not try to engage someone without being prepared for a reply that makes you all butt hurt.

Just stop. Don’t reply to this response and your embarrassment will stop. Stop being a narcissist and disengage. I gurantee it will be the best thing you will do for yourself.

It's sad that Kerns or someone felt the need to voice why she wasn't at the debate.  Knowing that GOP has a losing battle, Kerns should have known better that any negative press will further lose it for them.

Example:  My father is a democrat, but can't stand Ige and his lack of action.  He doesn't blame the missile alert on Ige because he didn't push the button himself.  But when Tsutsui left because word on the street was Ige didn't like him and gave him nothing to do, so Tsutsui went to the private sector, that was the final straw.  He gave him nothing to do because Ige felt that Tsutsui was going to run against him later.  (all my fathers words, I never verified this).  So he was going to vote for Tupuloa.  But after reading about Kerns, he is going back to Ige.

I wonder how many other votes Tupoloa lost.  Or maybe it was Kern's plan.

Kerns shot herself in the foot by going public.  LT Gov is a stepping stone for advancement and she has a lot of ambition to run for Gov in the following election and will rip into Tupola then.

Not too smart cause she has to win this election first and needs Tupolas support.  It'll be like TsuTsui where she wont get anywhere under a Dem Gov or Tupola now that she trahsed her.

Kerns is a hardcore republican businesswoman. She talks rough and tough. If she were governor (not lt gov) the dems would crap their pants.
Problem is that she lacks tact. Try watch this 8 minute interview.

Thanks for the video.  I didnt know anything about her before.  She sounds like a very good person with a success story people here need to follow.  An immigrant starting with nothing and being successful.  Doesnt take anything forgranted.  Very motivational too.

No doubt she'll clean house if elected, but I can tell she'll have a hard time to connect to others with different viewpoints and have a hard time getting things done.

Sounds like another person in politics that we all know...

Therein lies a big problem. People like charismatic candidates. You could be a genius with all the answers but if you don't have good style you are at a real disadvantage.

I didn't make a claim, I just pointed out that what I looked for did not confirm what you were saying.I wasn't calling you a liar nor did I even say you were wrong. I made a soft observation which allowed room for error  as well as the subjective nature of what people may consider a RINO. My statement was neither aggressive nor was it offensive.

All you had to do was say, "Hey EEF, the voting record you posted is inaccurate or incomplete. Here is a more comprehensive list."  Or say nothing, no harm in having a different opinion.

We could avoid all these hostilities and everyone here could walk away with at least a more informed opinion.

HPD paid trolls cannot do that without irritating their boss.

How can he accomplish his mission of baiting someone into some incriminating post otherwise?

Looks like Tupola is going to take a break from politics for a while.  Losing by a lot to Ige.  I wonder if she'll be able to get back in later.

On the 2aHi index page the title of this thread reads Re: Tupola blows Governo...

It's a little suggestive. Just saying.
If you allow government to break the law for an "emergency" they will create "emergencies" to break the law.

all things considered, I think she did not-too-bad with 33%.  I think that's a respectable showing for a snowballs chance in hell.

She shouldve waited for the next election to run for Gov.  Get more experience and PR.  Hard to run against an incumbant.

Now that she's out of the leg, it'll be harder for her to run for office again.
