I had placed a large order to Brownells maybe a few hours ago. I'm getting into competition shooting and I started using my tax refund to pay for this new hobby. I spent just over $500 ordering Sierra Matchkings, a tumbler, competition dies, a better scale (replacing my finicky Lee scale), and some other doodads. Just half an hour ago, I realized I forgot to include a chronometer, so I called them up and tried to see if I could add another item to my order. Alas, the order had already been quickly processed, and charged, so it couldn't be changed. Since it was just a bit too late, Brownells gave me free shipping for a chronometer to Hawaii. I'm extremely satisfied with their customer service, and will be ordering from them again!

Brownells is a great company to do business with. I have never had any problems with them. 

Brownell's and midway have some of the best cs departments I've ever delt with.

I hate paying for shipping. So I save up to make purchases until I can get free or cheap shipping. I have about $40 order I have been sitting on and I found Brownells had good prices on what I wanted plus $6 for shipping. Same shipping for Cabelas is $8-$10 and Midway is $12. So decided to place an order with them. I'll let you know how quickly it gets here and how well it is packed. Thanks!

I placed a different order (2 twenty round mags and a Bob Sled) on Saturday (late that day...a weekend), shipped first thing Monday, and it arrived on Wednesday. Shipping is pretty good.

Sinclair's as well.  I had ordered a Centra match front sight and it arrived scratched up.  A quick email, and they had one shipped to me before I could return the other one.  CS at Brownell's and Sinclair's is top.
