Let's see.  Thief with multiple convictions gets 15 days with credit for time served for stealing a wallet, which means he gets freed immediately. You would get 5 years for having a standard capacity magazine inserted in that Glock 17 kept in your nightstand.  Sounds about right for Hawaii.

Which can get you up to one year.  You can be sure the judge is not going to give you only 15 days.

Normally I'd shake my head, but the guy is still locked up at OCCC unable to post $11k bail for his pending felony theft charge, so it doesnt really matter in this case.  The judge could have only sentenced him to 1 day in jail for this case and he would still be locked up after that.
