doesn't matter how the suspect got the gun
doesn't matter that the suspect already broke laws
doesn't matter who the gun belonged to
doesn't matter if all guns were hypothetically outlawed in Hawaii

They will pass more gun laws
just to do "something"

"Hawaii News Now spoke to the family of Dallas Kaahanui who asked for time to grieve, but say they believe there is more to the story."

Let me guess: The tourists in the car were trying to rob him and he shot in self-defense. He was a really good person who would never hurt anyone. He never used drugs. His lengthy criminal history is all due to various "misunderstandings" and police brutality. He recently accepted the lord jesus christ as his personal savior. He had a variety of learning disabilities. People were mean to him. He couldn't help it. Blah, blah, blah.

These people are so fucking delusional. They can't accept the reality that this guy was a worthless criminal intent on harming other people for his own ends because he was too lazy to earn a living like everyone else, by working. They'll probably end up blaming Trump.

Well if Trump didn't threaten to close the borders, this wouldn't have happened.

like they need a reason for gun control.  They try to ban things that are already illegal or dont physically exist

It's not about having a reason. It's about using an event to pull at people's emotions.

They can't win on rational reasoning. Emotional empathy is their #1 weapon. "What if this was your family member?" and so on.
The reasonable man adapts himself to the world;
the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.
Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man.

I'd rather have a bottle in front of me, than a frontal lobotomy.
