Is plasti-dip the best foam sealer/fuser/whatever for gun case foam?

I've used Plasti-dip on my "pluck foam" inserts for my cases and they came out smooth and flawless.

It's sprayed on to rubberize the foam and make it tougher.  I'll post before and after pics later.  Glued the 3 pieces of foam together last night and left it to set.  Going to Plasti dip it today.

I see it now. 

Need to find a source for pick and pluck to redo an old case that did not have it.  Rifles do not match up with the old carving and need to re-do.
