Besides the point of this attempt at "common sense" gun law, I thought I read somewhere that modular handguns were becoming more and more popular.  Like the Sig P320 line where the serialized part is the "firearm" that can accept a wide range of calibers.  That more companies were looking to go that route.

Wait, you mean someone could have their gun concealed easily cause its smaller.  Then when they want to do damage, switch to a bigger frame and make it more deadly?
