I know many of you have testified multiple times on these bills, but we need to keep up the pressure

This is do or die, our last stand.  We likely won't be able to stop it after Thursday.  HIFICO is making a big push for testimonies and doing everything we can behind the scenes to get a successful vote.

Not sure if this helps, but it describes all the opportunities to provide testimony for the committee and readings for each active bill, including the 2 hunting related ones at the end.

Best I can explain it since people are getting confused on how many times and which bills they have to testify on.  Any suggestions welcome

FYI this fire mission is for a new testimony that's needed for the Senate JDC.  Any requests prior to last Friday (2-21-20) are old.

Also the mag ban bill says grandfathering, but Rhoads and the House committees will surely strip it out.  They don't want any of the mags in Hawaii (yeah yeah I know).

I just submitted my 2 cents via the HIFICO site. It was pretty easy. Thank you.

I have a question. When I submitted testimony on the state website, there is a method to submit a file.
Has anyone ever submitted a recorded video testimony in lieu of appearing in person?
Furthermore, would the video be played at a hearing as if it were a live person?

Does anyone else want to just write "focus on the real problems in Hawaii you lazy useless gobermouch fopdoodles!" for their testimonies?  I swear if I get the kung-flu I'm going to visit every one of the legislators in person.

So difficult to remain civil in tone with these bastards when it is very clear what they are up to.

I've never seen it done, not sure if it can be.  The state website page only lists certain types of documents like doc and pdf, might be possible to upload a video, but won't know until you hit the submit button.  You could attach a video to a PDF file or a link.  Whatever the case there is a 20mb limit which is a very small video file.

Some legislators view the testimony on their computers, and all the testimony is combined into one big PDF file.  Others have paper printouts.  If it is possible, they won't play it for the whole committee to watch.

Would it be possible to submit the code file text for the computer instructions to 3D print a firearm?  Since the testimony seems to be saved it would be cool to have the state save the code for 3D printing a firearm on state servers which could be later retrieved through a freedom of information act.   Cant stop the signal.
