IMO that Trump says some outlandish things.  That said, this one is getting twisted up.  To me (rational individual) received the message that he was looking for something that was as effective in killing the virus as disinfectants have shown to be, which is kidding the virus in minutes.  He did NOT say to start injecting disinfectant. . .

Combining with daily high temperature treatment via Jacuzzi which also has UV water treatment and regular carbon, potassium nitr te sulfur combustion inhalation treatment and seem to be doing pretty good.
