I was there Sunday at 7:20 am. Cars & trucks parked on the side of the road on both sides for nearly a quarter mile in both directions (way fewer on the Waimanalo side, fewer places to park). Totally unsafe situation, especially for the old ladies walking up the road to Hanauma Bay (

Nothing moved until almost 7:35-40 but once it did start moving people were generally safe and courteous--no honking, cutting, revving, etc.
I overheard one guy telling another that he got there at 5:30 am and he was 8th in line--basically the last car that could fit into the park's "driveway."
I think the range will be shut down again by Iggy pretty soon--locking the gate until 7:30 is bound to get someone hurt soon, plus there's no real social distancing being practiced.
Oh well, it was good while it lasted.
