Kyle Rittenhouse Rifle Shooter in Kenosha, supine position shoots three 8-25-20 (Read 116058 times)

Do we have a court of law nowadays or do we have a court that decides what is best so as not to incite riots and mobs.

In other words, f**k the defendant.  He/She is not the important issue here.  And while we're at it, screw justice also.  It never was the main motive for any court of law.

The jury should have been out with a innocent verdict 5 minutes after they've gone in for deliberation.

Seeing how this should have never even went to trial, we have a court that decides what is the best so as not to incite riots and mobs.

Just saying.

This is how the "justice system" treats you
if you dare to defend yourself with a firearm...

Basically we cannot defend ourselves if we bring a gun.  We have no right.  If the other guy has a gun and is hell bent on killing us, then we can defend ourselves...... (but remember: you need to be without a gun, lol!)

Damn, under which swamp did they find that moron prosecuter?

Shows how broken our country and the justice system has become.  When it comes to gun control, there is no justice as the far left sees it.

Today, the defense renewed their motion for a mistrial WITHOUT prejudice (Defendant can be retried).  They apparently learned during the final part of the trial that the prosecution sent the defense a video file that may have been intentionally modified.

The file was of high resolution drone footage.  Not only was the video given to the crime lab just before trial, but the copy the defense received was on Saturday before trial started on Monday.  Turns out the file the defense got is smaller, low res, and black & white.  Theirs was 4MB, while the one the crime lab received was 11MB and in color.  The defense copy may also be shorter in duration than the original.

The prosecution tried to squirm out of it by saying they sent an exact copy, and they have no control over what "technical wizardry" the defense may have used that altered their copy.  Really?  The prosecutor then admitted they provided the copy on a thumb drive, whereas all other exhibits were sent via a dropbox account.  The reason was the prosecutor did it from home, where he didn't have access to his office applications.  My guess is, he didn't remember the dropbox login that was saved on his work PC.

If the evidence turns out to contain footage that contradicts what the prosecution testified it portrays (as in missing seconds that were edited out), it might be a mistrial, and the prosecution would be facing misconduct charges.

If nothing else, this trial is driving home the point that you can't trust the government.  They aren't seeking justice.  They are cheating so they can send an innocent man to prison.

This is the people we are supposted to put our trust in for the system. Imagine if KR had a public defender or a junk lawyer.  He might be already in jail.

Then there's the Key Card case, Deedy, that asian guy who's a national guardsman officer and realtor who the ATF is after because he choose to consult an attorney before answering any questions All should never have been charged.

So when 1 says to trust they system and I can name these big cases just off the top of my head is naive that the government wont cheat to get a guilty verdict.  image the smaller ones and where people took plea deals to save all the headache.

i think you mean canNOT be retried

judge said he will rule on the mistrial after the verdict
thought is if acquitted, it won't matter
and if guilty, he can throw out the case completely...
if guilty, then we have to start all over again

still not wrong...

This should have been decided in 10 mins. The fact that the jury is taking this long, means that corruption/politics have entered into their thought process. Which also could be no fault of their own (blame on the prosecution).

Caught on vid, 1 man pours his gatorade on the head of a woman who supports Kyle. He did it out of her view, so a total wuss move. And I'm gonna guarantee he will face zero charges for this.  It looked like Gatorade as the liquid was blue.  But did he spit in it or maybe even have covid and drank from it. Who knows.

So basically, expect rioting after this trial is done.  Give Kyle back his AR and let him roam the streets again.

This right here is the biggest take away for me. This was as clear cut a case of self defense as I’ve ever seen. The fact that the jury did not stick a middle finger to the prosecution by an immediate acquittal further proves this country is in for one bumpy ass ride. A mistrial at this point is a loss for the country which is why I believe the judge hasn’t ruled on it yet, he wanted to see the justice system work.

Jury done for the day. Don't tell me they going pull the wait till Friday thing.

F**kn jury is trying to play God instead of just being a f**kn jury.  Maybe they are stalling so they can start preparing for their new careers as paid speakers or writing books.

"I was on the Kyle Rittenhouse jury".

What I’m worried about is a hung jury. It only takes one person to screw everything up.
