My friend has an appointment to register but he wasn’t able to buy the gun. Am I allowed to use his appointment that’s under his name?

Unfortunately they won't allow it. He would have to cancel and you would have to pick it up. Good luck.

Ps. If yall don't need it anymore, Lmk I would love to grab that appointment

Arrange with your friend to do it during off hours, not 8-4, less chance of someone else grabbing it.  Best if he texts you when he cancels and then you refresh.
