Haven't personally used either.

Striechers has mixed reviews, mainly in the time it takes to fill orders.  They appear to have problems with their inventory system, causing backordered items to be ordered without letting the buyer know they are not in stock.

ProvenOutfitters has a Facebook account.  They have a reviews section that might be "filtered" by the business, so "grain of salt".

They show a rating of 4.7 out of 5.0.

Never heard of those. However, what are you looking for? Maybe we can help find a site that we’ve found trustworthy, good to deal with, etc.

FWIW, Proven Arms & Outfitters are listed on IWI's website under their Law Enforcement Dealer List.

I placed a backorder for a rifle last month through them. They still haven't charged my card, I guess they charge when the item ships. Seem to have responsive customer service. I was in contact with Rob. Replies might be delayed a day or two, due to current events. Ymmv

I prefer to use offline websites.
"The rifle is a weapon. Let there be no mistake about that. It is a tool of power, and thus dependent completely upon the moral stature of its user. It is equally useful in securing meat for the table, destroying group enemies on the battlefield, and resisting tyranny. In fact, it is the only means of resisting tyranny, since a citizenry armed with rifles simply cannot be tyrannized."
