not going to pay to watch that movie with all those dumb actors i.e. Orlando Bloom
The only bullet ejector "button" I'm aware of is the trigger. Press once for 1 bullet. Press more for more pews.

The lead actor in The Outpost is Scott Eastwood, son of Clint Eastwood.

The lead character's name is SSG Clint Romesha.

Coincidence?   :shake:   :geekdanc:      :tinfoil:

Not watched the show so forgive me. My understanding is that this was a dumbass gun control measure enacted in Cali where you need to use something pointy to eject the mag. The theory is that mass shooters will have to save a bullet so they can stick it in the mag button so they can load in a fresh mag. This will allow bystanders to tackle the idiot. Of course, how hard is it to change out a mag button, so again lawful gun owners having to do idiotic things to pander to the idiotic bureaucrats.

You say it's a "crappy" flick.  You aren't going to get many people to watch it that way.

Just saying.

Okay, I just watched.

After he strips the mag, he appears to be pushing something to clear the chambered round.  His left hand drops down out of sight, so that could be his hand on the charging handle, but the bolt never moved as far as visual and sound offered.

Yeah, it  really looks like he didn't have a bolt, or it was locked back.  Just weird.

This movie was adapted from a Jake Tapper (CNN) book.  Fake News strikes again!
