Cause he is saying things as facts without court decisions.  The entire basis of the 4th ammendment?

Both sides do identity politics. You are correct though democrats do it worse.

"I'm correct?"
Why would I say something that isn't?
Condescending douche....

Amendment IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

that's ok, he completely missed what everyone has been trying to tell him about PCR testing for the past few months too
he knows what he knows...
Well with that attitude he only makes himself out to be ignorant. There is no shame in asking questions if one doesn’t know something. It doesn’t show ignorance. In fact it shows intelligence. What shows ignorance is when multiple people tell him he is missing the big picture and he doubles down on his ignorance instead of asking about what he he is missing. So he now knows he is missing information but he refuses to ask what it is. If that isn’t a classic definition of ignorance I don’t know what is.

Big difference between beliefs and facts.  By default there is no mass fraud until proven.

Some in his circle and including himself said they want to win and the only way to do that is invalidate votes.  It will come to the Supreme Court to decide what is valid. Not be,  not you,  and not him.
More ignorance because you don’t know what the fuck you are talking about. The Supreme Court case has nothing to do with votes, valid or otherwise. And it has nothing to do with Trump either. But your TDS is so bad you can’t stop talking about him and lying to boot. 🤦‍♂️

Well, so I guess what the AG deemed "prudent or necessary" was NOT to fulfill my request to join Texas in the SCOTUS lawsuit, but rather to do the exact opposite. Gee, who woulda guessed that? Fucking assholes.

Mr. PunaPerson,

Thank you for your email.  We will review it and take action as deemed prudent or necessary.

Well, folks, it looks like it's all over. Pack it up. Send it home. Prepare for China Bidet (for at least a few months, then Whor@ass).

Here is the unofficial summary of the brief filed by the states targeted by the Texas SCOTUS lawsuit.

How could anyone in their right mind, capable of even the most basic legal analysis, not see the convincing logic of their arguments?

No system is perfect but doesn't mean we can't believe in it.   We must trust the justice system.   This is a foundation of our government.   We must try and improve and fix it if there are issues but the overall trust must remain.

Yes that video wouldn't mean shit unless it is vetted in court in my opinion. Plenty can fake it.  If you believe every video you have seen you are in for alot of disappointment.  Could be blank ballots, fake news, deep fake, the list is endless.

You can question the system all you want that's a good thing.  But to make unproven matter of a fact lies is not.   There's is no mass voter fraud as of today that has been proven.  Hell even Trump gave up on that claim and switched to other ways to win.

I was HAPPY today when I saw that a bunch of states filed briefs against the Texas law suit.

The more states that become involved, the more likely the Supreme Court will be forced to make an actual ruling without dismissing it out of hand.

Texas SoS on Louder with Crowder explained since this is an issue between states, they have nowhere other than the Supreme Court to be heard.

It's a valid argument, and only the federal government can settle it.  Given that it's obvious the state and US constitutions were violated, the problem will be difficult to remedy short of either handing the swing states their certification back so the legislature can decide, or hand the entire election to Congress, thereby bypassing the fraud and tampering.

I am in the same boat. The last insane thing he (she?) posted I thought to myself, this guy (or girl) really doesn’t know what’s going on. I tried to explain to him (or her) that they are missing the big picture and gave them enough information that they could go back and read what people wrote and were discussing and read some of the articles and watch some of the videos so they could get caught up to the rest of us. But all I got was attitude in return. So I’m done talking to the guy (or girl).

I’m with Flapp, I am going to use the ignore button so I won’t see what he (or she) posts.
