The entire PA election was fraudulent. They passed Act 77 in Oct 2019, long before COVID-19 could have been used as an excuse for "no excuse absentee balloting."
If you voted in the 2018 midterm, and your absentee ballot had:
no signature,
a mismatched signature,
a smudged signature,
no postmark date,
an invalid date,
a date after the election date,
no address,
an invalid address,
an address other than a residence,
no birthdate,
an incomplete birthdate,
an invalid birthdate,
a birthdate that doesn't match the registration,
etc.,
etc.,
etc....
then the ballot was deemed illegal. To count such a ballot was FRAUD.
In 2020, all of the above "problems" were ignored. Therefore, any ballots that contained one or more of these issues and were counted anyway are fraudulent.
PA's lawmakers and state supreme court creating unconstitutional rules doesn't magically make the fraudulent ballots valid now.
Since there's no way to go back and look at which ballots had issues with any degree of accuracy, all mail-in ballots are now suspected to be fraudulent.
These lawmakers KNEW they were acting unconstitutionally passing these last minute rule changes. How could they not? They tried unsuccessfully to change the state constitution to allow full mail-in voting before trying to side-step the constitution via Act 77.
I believe PA may be the state that also placed a Constitutional Amendment measure on the 2020 ballot to allow mail-in voting. Imagine a state's leaders having the gaul to use mail-in voting to authorize mail-in voting.
