Eberybody ok today?

Me a little bit sore and toasty haha!
So a quick thought: If we're going to incorporate sprints, calisthenics and the like, a warmup and stretch first is a good idea. I know we're all our own first defenders and will go stone cold no matter our age, physical abilities, etc. but give us a chance for practice and injury avoidance.
It's going to look like police or military training to the outsiders either way no matter what we do or wear. I bring the latter up because of a conversation in passing which seemed to indicate a dress code might be a good idea? FWIW I like surplus, camo, cargos, vests, plate carriers, helmets, neon clothing too

and not in favor of any dress code just to be P.C. If you brought it then run it.
Speaking of LEO and targets, look at the ones they're training with now:

Anyways, thanks again to everyone for range day. Awesome clothesline setup and much better than constantly fiddling with frames, shims and tires! Plus dirtychickens brought out those barricades! Very cool. I can see the beginnings of stage construction happening. HDF Town some day?

Looking forward to the next one!
