That's right.  I remember he used Twitter as a "source."

A quick search on twitter it appears the plane is chartered and they are all vaxxed so no masks isn't really breaking any "rules"

There are viruses that mutate less and more.  Covid doesn't mutate the most.  But because its so wide spread it has the opportunity to have many mutations.  I am not going to do an entire scientific study for you.
