so help me understand this
you claimed to have been a test subject for the vaxx, when you were actually getting it before many more people far more at risk than you are
a vaccine that you claim to be approved and safe and effective
while you are at ultra low risk for serious disease or dying
yet you "don't go out much"?

Following CDC guidance.  Reduce the risk for myself and others and I am in a work environment that the risk is higher.   That continues out of office,  reducing the risk of not going out not only reduces my risk but if I someone caught it I have less risk to pass onto others.   It is "approved"  and yes I had no unsafe  effects.  I may be low risk but why would I want to chance it?  The vaccine is far less risk than catching covid.

Can a business ask you if you have diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer, a history of mental illness, HIV/AIDS or other chronic conditions?

I think not.  Any information that MAY be used to illegally discriminate against an employee is prohibited.  That includes sexual orientation, race, religious beliefs, etc.

You keep believing what you Google.  Please note, the article is specific about whether asking for vaccination status violates HIPAA.  What about EEOC and Labor Discrimination laws?

How quickly did you find that death rate?  Must have been very difficult because someone else took a while to try, then admit that they're not qualified or move goalpost about rate changing.

Since HI is sayiing that over 90% of people are unvaxxed and either in hospitals or positive, I thought to check out what other states are saying since this % is basically opposite of what other countries are reporting.

The only thing that I could find about NV was an article written on July 5th. Of the 400 hospitalized in southern nevada, most are unvaxxed and young (20s-30s).  It didn't mention %, so most could be 51%-99%.

Medical group sues FDA over vaccine authorization, says emergency renewals are illegal

Doctors filed a lawsuit this week against the Food and Drug Administration's parent company, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, claiming that all three coronavirus vaccines in use should be barred from continued emergency authorization.

Same argument,  we going to have the same conclusion.  The courts will decide who is correct.  Businesses have rights so do private property owners.  That includes trying to limit risk.  Businesses have the right to refuse service, etc etc etc.

Not fake news.  Many experts have agreed.  Only final conclusion can be reached in the courts.  Feel free to make a case.

Businesses also have to follow the law.

You seem to not understand the law, but that doesn't stop you from lecturing.

I do, and I think its allowed under the law and you don't.  So the courts will decide because neither you or I are qualified to decide.
