At this point, I think he only read the first sentence of your story.  Very common for him and the links he post that he states has info that backs up his untrue statements.

Still waiting for the CDC link where unvaxxed get segregated from the vaxxed for medical professionals.

There is no direct language.  You are correct, HMSA does have wording.  The CDC recommends taking many/as many precautions to avoid the spread.  This would fall under that umbrella.

It comes down to a quite simple reason.  I treat those how they treat me.  Notice how I don't say anything "demeaning" to you, and I am responding respectfully.   Those who I talk like that to, speak to myself and about my friends/family the same.  So I do the same back.  There's no deeper meaning or reason.  I don't take the high road, within reason.  If you call me an idiot, I will call you back when I think you are.  I follow forum guidelines on how to converse and mimic what is allowed by others.

The religion part I am slightly bitter,  I do see how that leaks out.  I am tired of the religious forcing their beliefs and consequences of those beliefs on myself and others who don't share it.  If they lived by their own rules in general and had no effect on me I would have no ill will.   But when their beliefs affect safety or  freedom I will speak out.

Did Flapps SIL call you an idiot?  If he did, then please copy the post where he did.

Goalpost being beamed up.

So it's Ok for you to force your vaxx belief on others, but if someone forces religion on you then you're tired of it?  I've stated my views on the subject a few times and never has anyone forced me to change my views. Maybe the problem isn't the religious view, but the person who is denying something?  But here we go in circles again off topic. So  :stopjack:

Give me the answer.   I know I am right.  Its about the rule.

Did you read the lease agreement since the initial post?  Did you pull MLS records of who owns what?  Or are you deducting again?

And he worded this exactly has I predicted.  Goalpost moved again. BRB buying 2 F15's now.

What about your post about CDC rules and special events?  Was this covered already?

He and other have made remarks about my family in the past.  So those peoples are also open into judging.

I am not forcing vaxx.  We have been over this.   Public access should not be restricted.  But this was a private office with private rules and 100% allowable.

None of those matter.  It was the rule of the business.  Someone with authority implemented it.

Whoa "make life difficult to the unvaxxed". Yeah guess you're right,  you aren't forcing it on anyone. Google "defacto ban", comes up with the 2a all the time.

Did you friends and family do something that is warranted the remarks?  Or where they just asking their doctor medical questions?

Until you have read said documents, how do you know his SIL doesn't own the land or is the master lessor?

I'm not going to assume either because I have not looked up the MLS nor the lease agreement.

*edit

If it is the rule of the business, then they also failed to inform or enforce said rule. Because if they did, then his SIL would not be inside the office having the chat with the doctor.  So at this point, would it really be his SIL's fault for being inside the office?

Temperature check was the barrier to gain entry everywhere for 1.5 yrs.

We now know asymptomatic people don't spread the disease.

Temperature check now verified as best way to screen people.

Idiots can keep pretending this is Ebola if want to, they can walk around with an aquarium over their heads or stay home. The rest of us have stuff to do.

Take your vaccine passport and shove it.

My friend had a group dinner last year. 2 of the 10 tested pos 2 days after that dinner for covid. They are a bf/gf who live together. The bf's coworker had covid so he had to get tested is what sparked the test.  At the group dinner, they all were sharing food and drinks. The other 8 all tested negative.  None of the 2 ever had any symptoms.

But to be fair, the girl is  a stripper so covid might be the least of her worry.

My son in law went to his primary care physician yesterday to get a clearance letter.  He was treated in the past for opioid addiction, but has long since been okay.

When he arrived there, he was asked if he'd been vaccinated.  He said he has not.  Apparently the doctor's policy (HMSA provider) is he'd only meet with vaccinated patients in the office.  Unvaccinated patients have to meet in folding chairs outside!

After the meeting and having done all the business he needed doing, he asked the doctor if he was vaccinated.

The doctor replied he's had the full vaccination.

So, my SIL asked, "If you're vaccinated, and you can't contract or transmit the virus, why does it matter if I am or not?"

The doctor looked puzzled, and after a very long pause could not come up with an answer.  He knows the vaccine is supposed to keep him safe and all his patients so he can't spread it.  So what's the rationale for requiring the patients to also be vaccinated?

My SIL said he felt discriminated against, which was ironic considering the doctor had just finished stating his opinion that the police department and state are discriminating against gun buyers who have ever had any behavioral health treatment in their past.

Sorry to hear that about your SIL! My wife has a similar story what ended up in, us and bunch of other people looking for another doctor!

so when someone posts their opinion on religious topics it is being forced upon you, but when you do it is for #freedom and #balance?
hypocrite much?

Check into MLS and lease agreement since you're looking into HMSA. This way the statement you made can proven.
