Pick out one word while ignoring the sentence:

Not the policy that was right or wrong, but that the doctor can't explain it.  He's a healthcare professional.  If he's not questioning stupid policies, or at least memorizing the company line for its justification, then you have bigger problems than just meeting outside away from the rest of the patients.

When gov't officials don't know their right arm from their left the people start doubting everything they say and do.

This is what is happening now and a big reason why the stupid people pulling biden's strings failed their vaccination goals.

It's become apparent that the government, at all levels, can't seem to do anything unless it's an emergency -- i.e. fighting fires.

COVID created a giant fire which (1) provides a way to bypass the laws, and (2) excuse their incompetence when the results cause even more problems, saying "Well, we did it in a hurry."
