According the the NIH website, the same NIH that Fauci is supposed to be heading up, the definition of HIV Viral Load is:

person’s VL to an undetectable level—a level too low for the virus to be detected by a VL test.

It's not just about HIV, though the NIH website focuses on AIDS/HIV in the definition.

I understand he should have put 2 and 2 together from the email, but the French had ALREADY given him the answer -- yet, Fauci still ignored the problem even after the pandemic began.  The French thing happened in 2017.  Pandemic in 2020.  He had all the time in the world to make sure the lab was being managed properly before giving them more and more of OUR money.
