What's up 2aHI I'm Brandon, born and raised in Honolulu and new to the firearm community. 

Just picked up my first handgun, a SIG 229 Equinox .40 S&W

Also I would like to see if anyone could point me in the right direction, looking into joining a handgun club to meet some new people and have a little more fun shooting on the weekends.

Greetings Folks,

I'm a new arrival on island and should be here for the next three years, Go Navy. I'm getting my firearms out of storage today and am not quite looking forward to the "joy" of somehow carrying some 15 odd rifles into the police station for registration but I'm sure I'll manage to. Best wishes on the 2a fight out here. I was born and raised in Southern California and saw that state's laws go to hell in a handbasket and then was briefly stationed up in New York state where I found out there actually was a state with worse gun laws than Cali. I look forward to finding a range out here soon. I'm up out of Kahaluu.
