Trump had already created a plan to leave there by 9/11/2021.

Biden moved that date up to mid-August.

Not saying an additional month would have solved the problems, but an extra month would not have hurt.

I guess the change was so Biden could take credit for the withdrawal, since he's not following Trump's plan.

Should have changed to 9/10/21.Fact check would conclude that he isn't wrong and it's now Bidens plan.

I don't think that is correct. Trump planned to leave in May had an agreement with the Taliban on that time table, Trump advised Biden not to break that deal, Sleepy Joe ignored it, broke the deal and waited til now and is reaping what he sowed.

I agree, either president would end up the same situation.  Afghanistan is a lost hope.
