read the article and I find it a bit skewed to "social justice". There is no justice with virii. They do what they want and don't have the lense of other perceived issues.

I think that ship sailed a while ago.  Not exactly a political/idea diverse welcoming group of people.  I was out based on my ideas long ago. I offered to meet in real life with many of the people here previously.  That being said, maybe I went a bit too far.  I partially clarified it up, but I view not being vaccinated as an idiotic thing to do, but not that the entire person is an idiot.  No ones perfect even the smartest people do idiotic things, including myself.

You were outed based on your ideas that were shown to be  wrong.  Then moving of goal post.  There is a difference.

This group is welcoming to other ideas.  I've had different views than others here and all I said as evidence is my own ethics, which is difficult to argue with, even if I'm wrong.  This differs from ethics based on another falsehood or idea.  No post continued on for 3 pages, nor was I treated any differently. You seem to not understand the point that YOU may be the problem, not everyone else.  If 5 guys tell you not to drive home because you're drunk, you better catch an Uber home.  Or if your friends tell you the girl you're hitting on is a dude, you might want to take a step back and re-look.

It's how YOU respond to things, even after being shown to be wrong.  Such things like moving goalpost, half assed apology or admission of mistake only after 3 pages worth or goalpost moving,  not reading links before you post them, etc...

Here is 1 example that no one argued with me about. I said I was for abortion because ethically I'm fine with it.  I've had pregnancy scares in my younger days and knew I and the girl were not ready. We both were on the same page.  At no time did I post that I was for it due to unproven economical effects, religious ideologies, etc...

Am I 100% right every time, of course not. But if I am wrong, the way I ask follow up questions to clarify why I'm wrong don't move goal post.  Obviously you never got the hint or missed the post about YOU being the issue.  So I'll spell it out for you now.

We are all welcoming to help you understand a topic if you do not understand it.  Just ask for clarification like how I have done in the past.  And don't be a jerk about it.

*edit
I've even had PM's from people who apologized to how they responded to my post because it may have sounded like a jerk.  And each time I replied I took no offense, so it's all G.

Do you have any evidence of me mishandling firearms?  Or is this some fakenews assumption?  I've spent well over 100 hours with firearms.
100 hours????????
Some of us here have spent 50+ years with them.
Sometimes night and day.
We all know you will screw up or someone around you will.
I don't go to an Oahu range, probably never will, but attitude
about safety is everything.  Cockiness or arrogance is not
acceptable.

100 hours isn't that much time. I've been a gun owner for about 5 years and have well over that.

And said 100 hours would have to be 100 quality hours.

But he did say "over 100 hours".  So it could be 100 hours and 1 minute or 10,000 hours.

OG, Still haven’t responded to 15 % of the infected were vaccinated.

It's also a safety issue. Who would want to be next to a person who has limited knowledge of firearms and safe handling? For those rare occasions when that person goes to the range I hope they put him on the side wayyyyy over there....

That shit cracked me up.

Not out based on your ideas.  They welcome me and I’m an asshole. I don’t know if anyone likes me but they welcome me.

Does sound like the boys are a little wound up though due to your approach to things.
By the way, FlappJacks never comes out to the meet ups either.

Perhaps I am the issue.  Might just be my personality.  I am very opinionated and brash.

I do disagree about "being wrong".  I do admit, even after 3 pages if I am wrong, when I am.  I operate on a very matter of fact basis.  If you can give me facts I can't refute than I will admit I am wrong and start believing those facts.  The trouble with political discussions its very hard to prove beyond a reasonable doubt whos correct.  Each side can site things.  And many things like abortion and religion are almost impossible to argue about in the details.   Which is why I never say god doesn't exist but just I don't want to be made to follow your rules based on your ideas of what it could be. If your god wants you to be celibate so be it, but don't force those ideas on myself or others.  Hence keep religion out of schools and government.  I probably come off as a jerk, don't really mean to, but at the same time I don't always make attempts to understand how it may make the other person feel.  I am not that empathetic.

Probably 100-1000 don't really count.  Once you learn the basics,  there isn't some super advanced safety measures.  Keep weapon safe,  pointed in safe direction and finger off the trigger.  The basics of safety.

As said a million times the vaccine isn't perfect.  With the variants its even less than the original 95%.  I think I saw it was somewhere around 80%.  Which means you will definitely see cases.

Yeah I do agree my approach is probably horrible.  But its like when you get into a toxic relationship.  Its hard to change.  I am slightly more pleasant in real life I think.  Still willing to meet up with anyone.  I'm not like flapp. I am sociable.

The vaccine is hot garbage and the fact that they are forcing it on us proves it

the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.
Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man.

Read what I posted again. It explains this.

" I probably come off as a jerk, don't really mean to, but at the same time I don't always make attempts to understand how it may make the other person feel.  I am not that empathetic.  " This has nothing to do with empathy.  What you're using again is a deflection tactic to make an excuse for the way you are.  I'll spell it out more. It has to do with stubbornness.  Your inability to be a big man and admit you were wrong.  Admission sooner than later, that way we don't waste 3 pages explaining why you were wrong, when only 2 or post will do.

So to say after 3 pages, I will admit I was wrong comes down to stubbornness. When all your goal post and trying to find a loop hole failed, only then might you fully admit it without a 2nd follow up sentence after said admission.  This would also mean that in your mind, you think the most recent post is the cause for you to finally understand your error.  Compared to the first few post.

This is why it's mentioned to you about TDS. 1 implication of TDS implies that people are so stubborn and refuse to see the good his action or idea  does, that they will hate it no matter what.  And refuse to admit it works or is good. They are blinded by their stubbornness.

Then to try to puff your chest by stating you have a 3.7 GPA or went to a private school doesn't help you cause either.  We all can see thru this as an attempt you're making to validate any wrong statements.  Hence the chest puffing.  And why "education doesn't equal intelligence" was posted a few times.

I hope this helps you with all your future post.  I wish you the best of luck.  The first part of being a better man is realizing what you need to do.  Then accepting help from others (like how this post spells it out for you).  The only reason why I'm trying to help you is because HI is very small and word spreads and we will all run into each other at some point.  We may need help and I don't want you to be excluded because you didn't realize that you were the problem.  If it was just between you and another poster, then maybe it could be that either is the problem.  But when multiple posters have an issue with you, then you are the problem. Refer to the 5 guys telling you that you're drunk saying.

But on the other hand, maybe you do know all of the above and stubbornness kicks in.  And in that case you are un-helpable.  Feel free to live your life that way.  In the end, you make your own decision.

Israel study on Pfizer said it's 32% effective. IDK why their numbers differ big time from the USA.  But now Maryland is saying 75% of their positives are vaxxed.

Pretty sure those numbers mean about the same thing plus or minus 8%

Hilarious beyond hilarious written by 2 State Reps, no mention that those imported 'immigrant' Ag workers they are referencing are literally smuggled in and sold as slave labor.
