I have a friend who's trained by an Olympic boxer.  He hits the bags very well. So I told him, there's a huge diff between hitting a bag and sparing, or getting hit back.  So he spared with her  and didn't like it at all.  He has since stopped boxing training.  He thought he was all bad ass.

All available data would entail me spending untold hours and posting hundreds or thousands of links for you to read. I am not going to do that, so yes, covering the general risk. Is there something wrong with general risk? You want something specific like risks to males in their 30's who have cancer and smoke marijuana?

Separate but somewhat related, it makes me scratch my head when folks get all serious and are like "well, honestly, yadda yadda yadda".  First thing that pops into my head is "wait, so you weren't always being honest". . .
