It’s a pretty good story.
Unmarked cops in an unmarked white van drive by with an open door without insignia, lights or verbal identification open fire with no warning on a group of people in a parking lot after curfew with rubber bullets that are basically 12 gauge.
Sure sounds like gang bangers.
Guy returns fire, with an AK pistol no less, and gets acquitted. (Guy didn’t think bullets were rubber.)

If it wasn't prominently displayed in the title, I would have let it go.  Facts are funny things. 

The facts matter here because the fear created by city officials about non-existent White Supremacists riding around looking for protestors was bogus.  I'm sure they knew it, too. 

Then again, maybe the Cops WERE the White Supremacists?

The CITY OFFICIALS never mentioned gang members, bangers, or anything close to that.

Show me where I said Whites can't be in gangs.  There are plenty of White Supremacist Gangs in the US.  Not relevant to the story in any way.  Calling me racist?  So ignorant.

They are probably classified "less lethal."  I don't know which brand they used, but rubber bullets in this size have killed when "accidentally" making contact with the head.
