I've had this optic on one of my 5.56 AR builds for over a year. it is SFP. I have the green dot reticle with BDC. It's worked out very well for me. Mostly kokohead shooting, once in a while I'll take it to my friends farm where we can go longer and up close. MSRP is $549.99, so its in the budget category with such LPVO's as the Vortex Strike Eagle, Burris RT-6, or anything in the $500 range. I've had a Primary arms 1-6, and the Swampfox is much better, glass is clearer, knobs are more distinct clicks, illumination every other click is off which I like, overall just better. compared to the Strike Eagle, the Swampfox glass is clearer, and the Strike Eagle is 1-8 and the Swampfox is 1-10 for about the same price. Even at 10x magnification the eye relief on the Swampfox is very forgiving. I recently ordered another Swampfox 1-10 to put on my AR308 to replace the scope that is on there now bc that scope is just too big and I'd rather have a LPVO than a 4-24x50 on this rifle. Swampfox is a relatively new company, been around since 2018. marketing guy, Swampfox Mike, came from Primary Arms. there are long threads on AR15.com about their products with very positive feedback.
If you are looking for an LPVO in the $500 dollar range, Swampfox is an optic to seriously consider. you can do a quick google search and get 20% off their products. I used "dailyshooter" to get 20% off, so with the discount it was $440. I think in this price range, it's hard to beat
