If Ukraine joins NATO should Russia just arm Cuba to the teeth and ally with them ?
How would the US feel about that?

Exactly Hound.

It is amazing how the US imperial corporate MSM and all of its affiliates in their vassal states think they can so easily convince their citizenry of the one-sided big bad Russia/China narrative when it has been the US empire creating or instigating all the World's conflicts, invasions, color revolutions, etc. for at least the last 30 years.  As it currently stands in the Ukraine, the US empire / NATO was about to cross Russia's national security bottom line and President Putin courageously said nyet.

It will be telling in the next few days how US imperial propaganda will continue their demonization of Russia's recognition of those areas in Eastern Ukraine that were literally being starved and shelled to death daily for nearly the last eight years since the 2014 US imperial-backed Maidan revolution that overthrew Ukraine's democratically elected leader at that time for wanting to trade more with Russia that the EU.  You can be assured that the same anti-Russia media outlets will not show how the people in those newly recognized independent Ukranian areas are rejoicing and partying in the streets.

In the words of former US senior Pentagon security analyst Michael Maloof, it is the US empire that is responsible for orchestrating the crisis in Ukraine.

More celebrations and tears from the people liberated from the now US empire-controlled vassal state of Ukraine.

In Putin's own words, the US empire through its front man NATO is working towards effective pre-emptive first strike capabilities against Russia via Ukraine.  The US empire has and continually ignores these security concerns as that is exactly what it's guilty of doing.

Putin's Own Words: the indoctrination and subjugation of Ukrainian sovereignty to the US empire.  The current denationalization program in Ukraine sounds eerily similar to what decedents of Hawaiian nationals went and still go through in Hawaii today.

Senator Lindsey Graham mocked Branden when he said that Putin doesn't want him to be president because he is the only one that stood up to him toe to toe.

Senator Graham said it looks more like Putin is running over biden.

I agree wholeheartedly, which I'm not thrilled at all to say. :grrr:

Senator Graham had a message to biden:  If you need help in congress and the senate in helping the Ukranians against Russia I will help you.  If you continue in this state of appeasement, I will be your worst nightmare.

I love it.  A true leader.  Unfortunately, this leader has to defer to the present commander in chief who also happens to be an idiot when it comes to foreign affairs.  (among other things.  I'm being nice here.....)

For those who missed it, Putin shares how he asked outgoing President Bill Clinton the possibility of joining the West and being a part of NATO.  I think everyone has long since knows the US empire's response to Putin's request and can now better understand how that evolved into the current Ukrainian crisis today.

Been seeing more and more pics/vids of the Ukraine military training civilians in preparation for a Russian invasion. Being trained on shooting/cleaning AK's, mines, grenades, CQB, etc...

IDK if these civilians are bringing their own weapons, or being supplied from the Ukraine gov.  Which brings me to the 2A and a militia.  If this were to happen here, 2A people would bring their own firearms, ammo, body armor, NODs, comms, preps, etc...

We shall see how this plays out.
OP was having visions of Ukranians yelling "Wolverines!!!"
