What does Ukraine infantry use as a DMR? Sniper file? Dragunov? Are they still using 5.45 AKs?

Hope we don’t get involved. The military of the Imperial American Nation will be soundly defeated, dissected and destroyed by the Russian federation who will save the world! All hail Putin, the glorious! We’re back in the USSR!

Damn I’m starting to sound like Kuleana!  :worship:
Just being sarcastic….. ::)

Was reading how that draft dodger Clintoon was the genesis of this "when he made the decision to expand the NATO alliance into Moscow’s former sphere of influence"

Remember when the US had a shiite fit when the USSR decided to expand it's sphere of influence by placing missiles in Cuba?   Did not go over well, their trying to park on our porch.

The Russians do not like it either, for historical reasons.

Not a Russo-phile, but we have far more in common with Russia than differences.    An alliance to contain China makes far more sense than this Ukraine chest beating.

I just wonder how the special forces groups from usa and Russia gonna be like. They trained together and operated together in Afghanistan and iraq. Most recently against isis. I'm sure some are retired or have died from both sides. But still got a pesky chance that some know each other.

Larry Vickers is 1 guy who got to train with spetznas.

Yeah, with Putin signing a declaration that recognizes those 2 separatist regions, one can consider that they are one and the same.

Yes, war between Russia and Ukraine has begun.

As far as WW3?  Depends on the idiot in the White House.

Based on my years of expert experience in civilian defense/resistance groups (repeated watchings of Red Dawn (The original one )) clearly and armed populace would be a thorn in the side of the Russian Army.

This morning on the news they showed video of people in LONG LINES, trying to draw out money from the ATM's.

Ukranians, I love you to death, but you guys are so stupid sometimes...... :grrr:  By the look of those lines the ATM's will run out in no time.

Ditto for the gas stations.

Double Ditto for the grocery stores.

But with that being said, God Be with you All.

Fight hard, but Fight Smart.  Toe to toe is not the answer here.  Draw this f**ker out as long as possible.  Strong sanctions and a prolonged and painful campaign might work.

Look up 4th Generation  Warfare.  That is the way the Ukrainians and ultimately we will have to go when dealing with the bad guys in our backyard.

So trump was a russian pawn, yet putin never invaded ukraine. Just sayin...lul, fake news, goal post moving.

Trump likely has loans outstanding to Russian Oligarchs. This is why he is so subservient to Putin.

https://www.npr.org/2022/02/22/1082478790/trump-praises-putin-as-savvy-amid-new-escalations-on-russia-ukraine-border

Quote
"I went in yesterday and there was a television screen, and I said, 'This is genius.' Putin declares a big portion ... of Ukraine, Putin declares it as independent," Trump said in an interview Tuesday on the conservative Clay Travis & Buck Sexton Show.

It is clear that Trump, Putin and Tucker Carlson are on the wrong side of history. The problem with self-proclaimed geniuses (these 3 men, and Adolf Hitler) is that time shows they are idiots, and hooligans. Trust no one.

Retired General Jack Keane believes the Ukrainians will fight back against the Russians. We shall see if this assessment holds over the rest of this year.
