This gives them the good excuse when people are looking for evidence.  "The building was destroyed by Putin's people. Not our fault". I'm sure they are keeping back ups, but finding it in a warzone would be any investigators problem.

I don't know.  Our laws don't have jurisdiction in Ukraine, so any US laws broken won't hurt the whistleblowers there.  it's like the have immunity as long as Ukraine doesn't go after them.

Also, Trump (or Vance) can pull a Biden quid pro quo.  You don't get the $40 billion in aid unless you turn over the Hunter & Joe Biden files.

Is xhe also correct about me blaming Ukraine for the war?  Because you posted that xhe is 100% correct about the post you quoted.
No.

I was specifically addressing Jaco808.

So Sweden yesterday issued a book to it's citizens on what to do if WW3 breaks out.

Missiles that Biden authorized were launched into Russia. Russia intercepted 5 of 6.

Everyone needs to stop blaming Biden for everything.  The senile old fool could have already passed away and the Biden that everyone sees could very well be a decrepit body double or AI generated image when seen on camera.

It has and have always been the US empire led by the Power Okole behind the scenes running the show and are now throwing the whole World into WWIII to save what's left of their dominion.  Even if the planet makes it to January 20th of next year, the Power Okole can still get rid of Trump, blame it on Iran, Russia, China, DPRK, etc., and continue the march towards Armageddon.

I'm gonna predict this now, Trump will get blamed when things in Ukraine escalate even more. People will forget that Russian invaded under Bidens admin and this auth of long range missiles event.

Also, depending on how accurate these missiles are and what their targets are.  Right now, the Russian people don't want this war as you can see the lengths people go to to not get drafted. Then add in that the Russian government is now allowing the use of the word "war" with regard to Ukraine.

Any missiles that hit civilians will unit the people to further the war.

It's not like Ukraine would invade Russia and hold it as a whole. That would be the only way to officially "win". They don't have the bodies or resources to do this.  The best Ukraine can do is push Russia out of Ukraine land and stop there.

This is similar to the Cuban Missile Crisis.

Brandon's admin is still failing us.  I just wonder if Putin will hold until Trump takes office.  Then if Trump does remove the missiles, imagine the fake news headlines saying that Trump supports Russia and the few on this forum who will say the same.  Peace is the goal.

The buck stops with the President, especially in matters of national security and foreign relations.  Those are the main reasons we have a President at all.

Whether he's at fault for the failures within his administration is not the issue.  by virtue of holding the office, he is 100% responsible.

If we give him a pass because he's losing it in his old age, then he should not have been there in the first place.

Someone here (we know who) posted a couple of days ago referencing "checks and balances."  In this case, Congress should have been a check on the decisions coming out of Biden's Ukraine efforts.  While we are not technically in a war with Russia ourselves, we are still engaged in war nonetheless.  Biden should have had to present his rationale for supporting Ukraine in that war OUTSIDE OF UN AND NATO PARTICIPATION, to have it shutdown after 60 days as the law requires.

The problem we have is there are too many lawyers running the country.  Biden placed the majority of deployed US troops in European NATO countries away from the actual fighting.  Technically our troops are not engaging in or stationed within hostilities associated with the war.  Sending money also isn't addressed as engaging in war.  As long as his actions don't cross the line specified in the War Powers Act, Congress will refuse to intervene.  In fact, Congress is approving the billions being sent to aid in the war, so they wouldn't intervene even if the law specifically allowed them to.

So, there really is no checks and balance to prevent a President from committing the US to assisting in wartime efforts of other countries.  He can do what he wants as long as Congress keeps borrowing money and handing it to him.

If Congress were to object to this waste of money, they can either cut off funding or impeach Biden. They can also attempt to remove him under the 25th amendment.  Congress has to have had suspicions about Biden's mental issues long ago, but they did what the Party told them to do and kept quiet.

This is similar to the Cuban Missile Crisis.
It is not similar because both the anti-imperialist US President Kennedy and the Soviet Union understood despite their geopolitical and economical ideological differences that WWIII was not the answer.

Unlike today, the US empire is hell bent on WWIII and has started a proxy war with Russia as well as making the final preparations to begin another proxy war with China via the Philippines and/or Taiwan.

Peace maybe Trump's goal, but it is not the goal for the US empire though.

If you were Putin and another country has committed its resources in a proxy war that has killed thousands of your people, will you put all your faith in one man hoping he will somehow end all hostilities and accept peace terms Russia has already paid for with its own blood?

Based on your explanation above then, you just reaffirmed my point that America is not a nation governed by the US Constitution, but by a privileged class to whatever name you want to call them that does whatever it pleases.  Hence, America is an empire run by a bunch of oligarchs who are determined to maintain its global control.

We are a nation of laws.  Unfortunately, we have also become a nation of lawyers, adept at finding interpretations and loopholes in order to avoid those laws.

All federal laws flow from the US Constitution.  The laws are supposed to implement the ideas and concepts defined therein.

What we have evolved into is NOT an empire, but an Oligarchy.  We all know that those in official positions of power are sponsored by others in power due to party position, financial resources, economic power and so on.

You keep using the word "Empire" to describe the US, but that's just not correct.  An empire requires its sovereignty to be located exclusively at the center of its political jurisdiction.  That's not how power is structured here.  There is no "emperor' a the center of our power structure.  Hence, it can not be an empire.

My reference to the Cuban Missile was like Russia putting missiles in Cuba which can strike US targets quickly.  Although the missiles that we know of aren't nuclear in Ukraine, it's a similar concept.  The US is giving Ukraine missiles so they can strike targets deeper into Russia.

More like Hawaii is not a state governed by the US Constitution.  Even thought the HI 2a is word for word the US one.

Russia started the war back in 2014 because they no longer had a puppet in charge.  They want land and the dreams of being the USSR.  When they saw that it wasn't working they attacked again this time to try and take over the whole country.  This didn't work.

We are helping an ally that supports democratic ideals and freedom.   Fighting the commies and dictators.

Reagan would be disappointed in the current GOP.   The MAGA people at this rate would blame Poland for being the aggressor against Germany.  Back in WW2.

Have you seeked professional help for your delusions.

U got it backwards. Hitler invaded Poland with the excuse that Poland attacked German 1st. He did this because he controlled the media in Germany and 1 of his immediate goals in Poland was to control the radio there.

Now, what does this sound like?  Sure sounds like how the fake news controls you and others like yourself (liberals/TDSers/DNC/etc...).  So your statement is wrong again.

What?  And prevent 10% of all those billion$ from flowing into his bank accounts? After being laundered through Ukraine and US arms makers, of course.

How can the US empire be a nation of laws where you, yourself, admit those in-power do not follow them?  If no one is following the US Constitution, how can the original United States exist?

What we have evolved into is NOT an empire, but an Oligarchy.  We all know that those in official positions of power are sponsored by others in power due to party position, financial resources, economic power and so on.
Who said an empire cannot be ruled by an oligarchy?

You keep using the word "Empire" to describe the US, but that's just not correct.  An empire requires its sovereignty to be located exclusively at the center of its political jurisdiction.  That's not how power is structured here.  There is no "emperor' a the center of our power structure.  Hence, it can not be an empire.
Since not all democracies nor republics are the same, empires can also vary based on the economic ideologies and political structures they utilize.  For example, even though Singapore and the US empire are primarily capitalist nations that does not mean the capitalism practiced in their borders are identical.  Furthermore, both the DPRK and ROK are republics but have a very different political hierarchy.

Peace?  That's not how peace works.   How would you like it if someone took your only way to defend yourself away.  Your friend who been supporting you comes and takes all your 2a rights and ammo. Cause you don't need it,  just have peace.  No need self defense.

And yes if you get elected and change sides clearly you are picking one side and in this case it would be Russia.

They are not sending that much money,  they are giving money to USA defense contractors and sending ammo.  It's not hard to understand.
