there's some mutterings on twitter that the target was a rocket/aerospace factory in Dnipro.  Hard to tell who to believe, so much polarizing propaganda flying back and forth.

one thing is known, it wasn't an ICBM (Inter-Continental), but rather an Intermediate Range Ballistic Missile, but that's just semantics.  The other known, is that the warhead was inert, no explosives, no nukes.  Just Mach 10 impact velocity, therefore labeled as an experimental, or test rocket.  Apparently the rocket attack was coordinated with the usual barrage of drone and missile strikes aimed in the same area, to overwhelm air defense, the usual tactic.

I thought the strike occurred at night?  not daylight?  maybe this is lingering secondaries?   ???
only word I understand is "blyad".

If Russia hits Ukraine with a nuclear weapon what happens?  NATO will intervene?

it's all good, hawaii has it's own ICBM silos...

I totally agree as all the people living on Hawaii are living on borrowed time.

Well, with everyone facing potential ICBM death, I think it's about time for the de-occupation of Hawaii by the US empire; get its military out of here; and restore of the Hawaiian nation state.

Gotta erase the targets that are now on all of our heads, ASAP.   :shaka:

Parts of the US Constitution have been interpreted through US and international law, treaties, and precedents.  The War Powers Act gives the president the ability to commit troops anywhere, anytime and for any reason for up to 60 days plus and additional 30 for withdrawal if Congress intervenes.  Once Congress approves of the action, he can commit troops for as long as he believes is necessary.

Sounds pretty damn legal to me.
Actually, I anticipated and am very pleased with your responses as you just confirmed that you are no different from the neocons and imperialists of the US empire.  Typical as the Neocons and imperialists that instigated the wars of the US empire post-WWII, the responses you provided sounds almost verbatim what those warmongers would have said if asked the same question.

He would probably be looking for a real football. Then someone will give one to him and tell him to press the 1st lace to launch.  And he will and go about the rest of his day.

You never miss an opportunity to post loaded questions, but this one is fully loaded!
Not as loaded as the Russian missiles launched against the US imperial vassal state of Ukraine.

1) How do you know that's what the warmongers would say?  Have you asked them?
2) Facts like what he posted about Warpowers Act are not objective. There is no other way to post what it's about.  Are you suggesting Flapp change it from 60 days to 45?

Yes, I agree.  You're very confused.   :geekdanc:
Throwing insults Flapp?

Nice face-saving way of admitting defeat.

You think Russia cares about Hawaii?  They are more worried about Alaska based on proximity.  The first US assets to be targeted will be missiles, but since so many of them are on subs and destroyers (cruise missiles), and bombers, the only way they will target US assets is if they can be assured of wiping out our ability to respond in kind.

i think you have a higher opinion of Hawaii on the world stage than makes sense.  Maybe start by getting rid of Hawaii's ICBM silos if you believe Russia wants to nuke Hawaii?   :geekdanc:

You said, "I'm confused."  I agreed.  Why are you insulting yourself?  Or were you lying about that?

There was no payload on that single medium range missile.

Your question, though, carried a full diaper load.

The US empire likes to subvert the US Constitution to get their way.

Do you think neocons like Bolton and Pompeo would officially offer destroying Russia as their goal in the current US imperial proxy war against Russia?

The Hawaii Empire likes to subvert the US Constitution to get their way.  And SCOTUS rulings.

You would know.
I know a lot of things like how you are able to justify and support any conflict started by the US empire.
