He should also sue every employee of the DOJ that expressed bias against him, yet were still working to investigate these bogus accustions.

Comey and others in the FBI come to mind.  He should definitely go after the DNC/Clinton lawyer that just got indicted, and the lawyer who lied to the FBI about Carter Page not being an intelligence asset.

You can only assign these failures to incompetence for so long.  After they continue to stack up, it's obvious there was a conscious effort to remove him from office using their DOJ positions.

The government spent millions on these investigations.  It's not wrong to make the individuals and the government they worked for to pay damages.

People I know are still hating on Trump, but less and less each day.

This suit is not about winning. It's about the discovery phase and forcing them to dump all their dirty laundry on the street for the public to see.

They drew a Clinton appointed judge, will be interesting to see how far it gets.

Lol, my friend hated Trump so much but doesn't talk about him nowadays.  He also used to talk about how biden will fix everything and set things straight again after 4 tumultuous years of Trump (his words).

But now he's quiet on the subject.  God awful quiet......

That's one of my best friend's mom.  2016-2020, everything was Trump did this, bad Trump that.  Don't even get her started on truth or validity of what she heard.  How Biden is best for America.

Fast forward to today, silence. . .

What irritates me is why he has to go the Lawsuit route.

Thisi one is available;

You just can't get any prosecutor to charge anybody.  Probably because we would rid ourselves of a rather
substantial number of government employees. Including our local police chiefs.

In any event the Discovery phase should be interesting.

Except everybody will perjure themselves because they know
none of the prosecutors will bother.  "Prosecuratorial discretion"

When most of the people in positions of power are only there because they are corrupt or helped cover for the corrupt people they work for, it's not a surprise that they are reluctant to charge crimes when the alleged perp is someone in such a position of power.

Hillary should be in prison for the laws she's broken.  Instead, she's living free and writing books.

Comey abused his power as FBI director, freely admitting he took advantage of Trump's administration's lack of experience to gain access to information early in the Russia Gate investigations -- information he would have normally requested through proper channels.  Add to that his failure to verify the information used to obtain FISA warrants and regular renewals, and he should have been charged with abuse of power and willful misconduct.

"Government Ethics:"  another oxymoron.
