I don't know anything about him, but I'm going to assume the following and see what I'm correct on:

1) Anti 2a, fudd type. "I support the 2a, but...". Specifically would want to mess with "assault rifles" and "high cap mags".
2) Will be supported by MDA and ET, which tells you everything about him.

I haven't crosschecked this info with other sources.  Take it or leave it.

That was what I anticipated with Chipman, but his nomination hit a major iceberg.

This nominee sounds like Chipman's brother.

Hopefully the pro-2A members of the committee kept their notes from the previous hearings!
