No, because that would be illegal.

Why would that be illegal? Why would Axon include a target and recommend you fire a cartridge at it?

HRS134-82 states when 1 can use a taser. Testing, training, function checking are not 1 of the 3 reasons. The law is jacked up and it was mentioned during the bills hearing. Guess there wasnt enough of us to drive the point.

Another option to consider is Phazzer.
I pulled the proverbial trigger and order the Phazzer Enforcer.  Several things I like about Phazzer.  They responded to my emails within the hour.  Their cartridges do not have those serial nbr wafers that shoot out when you fire like the Taser. They do not do a background check, registration and no activation needed.  You can also buy pepper ball, pepper powder, rubber ball and paint ball cartridges.   Taser X26 cartridges are interchangeable and will work in the Phazzer.  Their cartridges are also cheaper than Taser.  The flashlight on it is 160 lumens, not like the weak led light on the Taser.  Battery is rechargeable and it comes with a charger.

So for you incognito guys, in a SD situation you could discharge the Phazzer, dig out and it would not be traceable.

I just got done talking to HA. You can check in a CEW as long as the battery is removed.  It would probably be difficult to do with a stun gun since the battery is usually built in and sealed. For Tasers and Phazzers with replaceable batteries,  no problem.

Don't use your Taser where a spark can ignite something.  It says that on the instructions.  Deputy was either untrained, stupid or probably both.

. Vid of guy pouring hand sanitzer on himself and getting tased. Burst into flames. Guy with E-cig in his pocket and got tased. Blew the e-cig up.

Why did they tackle?  Or is there more to the story.  The link makes it sound like he was filling up gas and tackled from behind without warning.
