Amazing!  An intruder shoots a 90 year old man in his own home, 90 year old man returns fire, intruder puts gun to 90 year old man's head (gun is thankfully out of ammo), click, and eventually intruder sues 90 year old man.

I hope they wouldn't throw a 90 year old in jail. With any luck, the legal system won't let em down. Still get stuck with the legal fees though.....

If you actually read the article, it seems like this was more than a robbery.

The attorney contends that it was a drug deal gone bad.

i could see how this could be used as pretty damning evidence... particularly when it comes directly from Mr. Leone.

Well the badguy did shoot him inthe face.  I believe the remark was warranted. 

Wow..  yeah reading this thread is pretty frustrating.  I realize blank doesn't do much good on a ballot, but what else is there to do for the OHA section.
