Got to HPD at 6:45 am today, I was the 2nd in line. By 7:20-7:30 or so there were about 6-7 guys in line, sitting on the bench or leaning against the wall, cased firearms evident.
A female (I don't want to use any other terms to describe this person) shows up, looks at the sign on the locked door, mutters something then proceeds to stand there until 7:45 when the door is unlocked. She walks right up to the firearms door, at which point I interrupt her and tell her that everyone else outside was waiting in line first and she should wait her turn. She says something to the effect of "well, I don't know what you were doing there," and walks right in to the registration window.
WTF! Several other gentlemen (that's the most appropriate description I can give because remarkably no one used any descriptive language to describe her) in line made a few comments--the best was from the guy behind me who said very clearly "well, now I won't have to wake up early, find parking and wait in line anymore...." Registered my firearm and was out of there in a few minutes.
I can't wait for this person to show up at my gun show table!
