And some may wonder why a certain BI resident on this forum says to S, S and S.
I personally would never call the cops unless it was a traffic accident and you need a police report for insurance purposes. Sad but most cops are A holes.

The only other reason would be reporting a very obvious DUI,  IN PROGRESS.  That is it.
Even then time factor may be an issue. Talk to a cop or let the guy crash somewhere.
On BI roads, the drunk will crash or get home OK.
