HRA CCW Lawsuit
« on: June 05, 2023, 11:47:43 AM »
Check their FB page.

IDK which atty they're going to use or law firm.

I'm glad the HRA is looking into this.  They didn't submit testimony much this year compared to last year.  But have helped the cause in other ways this year.  Combo of media interviews, meeting with the chief for the chiefs rules, possible donations toward lawsuits, a few testimonies, etc...

"We are looking for plaintiffs for a lawsuit we plan on filing within the next month regarding CCW/sensitive places.  We're also accepting donations towards these lawsuits, the easiest way to support the HRA is to sign up for a membership!
We need business owners which would let people carry in their stores that would rather not put up the sign.
We also need a restaurant owner that serves alcohol.  (Not a bar that serves food 😉 )
We are also looking for individuals that have received their CCW and want to be listed as plaintiffs.
The first two don't need to be client if they don't want they just need to sign a document that we would submit with the court.
If you're interested, please contact us via our website. https://hawaiirifleassociation.org/contact-us"

Not gonna have many?  How many CCW licenses have been issued so far?

There’s probably more CCW licenses that have not been issued than issued.
I think, therefore I am armed.

They have zero plans, like usual. We are and have always been on our own. So donate local 1st.

I know FPC is doing good things, but until they do something for HI, my $ goes local 1st.

I'm an NRA life member as well as a member of GOA and HIFICO member.
Two reasons
#1 You guys stupidly comply and register your guns.  You beg for your rights.
#2 and in this entire state there are fewer people than in the city of
San Diego.
We don't mean shit and you don't push back,
so nobody takes you seriously.
I am no longer am a Legal resident of Hawaii, I'm back to being a WA state legal resident
but at least  there I can bang on the doors and scare people.
I can get a CCW in two weeks.
and the cops have no idea how many guns I have.
and I don't have to go along to get along.
It isn't Aloha in the mainland.
We fight.
Until you Hawaiians start taking out people like
Rhodes you will always be slaves.
I guarantee you on the mainland he would
require 24 hour per day security.

Grov....Problem here in hawaii is the small population concentrated in a small land mass.
Most of which is either uninhabitable or privately owned.
Unlike the mainland states where people are spread out, Hawaii folks are smashed together.
What that translates to is the fact that if you start to act like a bull in a china shop and make people pissed off,
those people that you just pissed off might very well be blood relatives. Even if they aren't related, then it's almost
100% GUARANTEED that they know a close relative and your loud mouth rants will come back to bite you in the ass.

This is also part of the reason why our crime rate is lower here.
Everybody knows everybody here. Personally, I can tell you remarkable stories about meeting relatives accidentally.
In fact,  I lived next door to my cousin for YEARS and I had no idea we were related.
I always tell my kids, "no talk stink about nobody cuz Hawaii is a small place".
What, Me Worry?

I thank  you for being a HIFICO member even though your residence is in WA.  Your membership helps fight anti 2a stuff here.
